Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReviewBoost, operated by Binary Stag Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ReviewBoost lets business owners send SMS review requests to their own customers and manage their reviews. You are responsible for the content you send and for your business listings.

2. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

• You must have a lawful basis and the customer's consent before requesting that we text them, and you must comply with all applicable laws (including TCPA in the US and GDPR/ePrivacy in the EU).
• You must not send messages to anyone who has opted out, nor use the service for spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
• You must not attempt to incentivize, filter, or gate reviews in violation of Google or Yelp policies. Public review options must remain available to every customer.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions & credits

Paid plans are billed monthly through the App Store. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of review-request credits; credits may vary by destination country. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account.

4. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (including Twilio, Google, Apple, and RevenueCat). Their availability and terms may affect the service.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee message delivery, the number of reviews generated, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

6. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
